For a long time, I felt incomplete. I was not able to organize my ideas and paint. I felt like I didn't have much to offer, but then by reflecting, organizing myself, and resting, I was able to find the desire to do what makes me me again. Painting is not an escape, a hobby, or an activity to distract me; for me, it is work. Many times it does not serve as a distraction and my brain sometimes does not stop analyzing idea after idea; but even though it can be a thousand times tedious, I cannot imagine doing something different.
